We love our out-of-town researchers! This week, we welcome Brother Adam McCoy, of the Order of the Holy Cross, He’s visiting us from Mt. Calvary Monastery in Santa Barbara, California and is conducting research into Anglican monasticism here at the Keller Library.

Brother McCoy knows our own Library Director, the Rev. Andrew Kadel, from their time in seminary at CDSP. He has served as librarian and archivist of the Order of the Holy Cross, and wrote a history of the order, Holy Cross: A Century of Anglican Monasticism. You can find out more about Brother McCoy by checking out his blog, and follow the links to learn more about the Order of the Holy Cross and its retreat houses in West Park, NY, South Africa and Toronto.

We’ve got incredible Anglican resources and 30,000 volumes in Special Collections–we’d love to have you come and use our materials, too! You can find out more about how to do that here. Welcome, Brother McCoy, it’s great to have you with us!
