Approaching crunch time!

It’s hard to believe that it’s almost December.

Over the next three weeks, all of the interim library books will be pulled from the Main Stacks to prepare for December 19, 2007–our last day in Sherrill Hall.

If you want to see something spectacular, take the elevator to the 4th floor (like you’re going to Communications) in order to view the sea of boxes. It’s worth the trip.

The following sections are now boxed (newest in bold):
4th Floor Periodicals (to 1989) PER A-S (!)
Dewey Decimal Size 2 and Size 3 (+ and //)
Library of Congress Size 2 and Size 3
Dewey Decimal 000-199
Dewey Decimal 300-999 (but not the 92s)
